2. Products & Orders

All products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance. We make every effort to display items accurately, but cannot guarantee colors or textures will appear the same on all screens.

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities per order
Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
Discontinue any product at any time without notice

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment is due at checkout via our secure payment providers. We do not store your credit card or banking information on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders within Canada and internationally (where permitted). Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping option selected.

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by the postal service or courier
Customs or import duties
Lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered”

5. Returns & Refunds

Because most of our items are made-to-order or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@woodenwondergifts.ca with photos and a description.

Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless we have made an error.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site – including images, text, logos, and product designs – is the property of Wooden Wonder Gifts and is protected under Canadian and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

All products are intended for decorative or hobbyist use unless otherwise stated. Small parts may be a choking hazard for children under 3 years.

Thank you for shopping at Wooden Wonder Gifts. We take pride in our handcrafted, one-of-a-kind items. Because many of our products are made-to-order or personalized, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

Personalized or custom items
Made-to-order products
DIY kits that have been opened or used
Items marked as “Final Sale”

Please ensure all personalization details are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot offer refunds for buyer errors.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@woodenwondergifts.ca. To process your claim quickly, include:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photographs of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. In some cases, return shipping may be required, and we will provide instructions.

3. Lost or Missing Orders

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

First, check with neighbors, your local post office, or building management.
Then, contact us. We’ll do our best to help locate it, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once marked “delivered” by the carrier.

For untracked or economy shipping methods, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

4. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, production may begin, and the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
